If you connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account to the Bot67 app and wish to delete your data, please follow the steps below. This page is provided in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms for Tech Providers.
Step 1 — Remove the app in your Facebook / Meta settings
- Go to your Facebook profile.
- Click Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the side menu, click Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- Find Bot67 in the list.
- Click Remove and confirm.
This immediately revokes the app's access to your Meta data and ends the connection. The WhatsApp Business integration linked to the app will stop working.
Step 2 — Delete from within bot67
bot67 customers can delete data themselves at any time:
- A single lead, conversation or file — from the Leads, Conversations and Broadcasts screens.
- Disconnect WhatsApp or the calendar — from the Integrations screen.
Step 3 — Request permanent deletion from our servers
To have us permanently delete all data stored on our servers (conversations, leads, profile information, opt-in records and broadcast history), send a deletion request to:
Please include: full name, the account email, and your WhatsApp Business number if applicable.
End users (people who messaged a business that uses bot67) can send a request to the same address, stating their phone number and the business name.
Step 4 — Confirmation and timeline
- We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days.
- You receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.
- Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, billing records for up to 7 years).
What data is deleted
- WhatsApp conversation history and attached files.
- Leads, contacts, tags and meetings linked to the account.
- Message templates, broadcasts, keyword rules and flows.
- Meta and Google access tokens and API keys.
- Profile details and account settings.
Meta compliance note
This deletion process is provided in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. Bot67 does not retain your Facebook or WhatsApp data beyond the periods defined in our Privacy Policy.
